You can book an in person appointment to walk the unit or see the unit right now via onine virtual tour. If you want to set up an appointment, send us an email and a property manager will reach out to you to set up a time. You need to bring your ID. Competitive rates

Our one bedroom apartment starts $795 a month. The specific price depends on the avalibility. In addition, water is $25/month, sewage is $15/month, trash is $15/month. Gas is free! Every apartment also comes with a gated, reserved, assigned parking space for free! There is a one time $50/person application fee for applying the apartment.

You need to make 3X the rent to qualify for the apartment. Ex. if rent is $800, you and other persons living in the same apartment need to make a combined income of $2400 or more to qualify. We also run background check. We do not accept any prospects with violent felony or sex offenses. Also no eviction or bankrupcy from past 7 years. If you have higher credit score you pay less in deposit, otherwise you can still qualify by paying more in deposit.

After you submitted application and paid the application fee, wait for our property manager to reach out. If you are approved, the next step is to set a move-in date and pay your deposit to secure the apartment. If you have any questions, you can email or call us to get updates on your application.
